Back in 2014 we worked with Bec from CrossFit Quarter to create their first introduction video. Fast forward 7 years, and Bec felt it was time for an update - they had moved premises a couple of times and along with updating their business introduction video, they wanted to introduce two new classes with video.

First let’s check out their new welcome video which already sits on the front page of CFQ’s website and has been shared across social media.

How time flies…

CrossFit has changed a lot since we originally worked with CFQ, not the service or training methodology; but in our eyes, in terms of marketing.

Back in 2014, CrossFit was not considered within ‘mainstream fitness’ and so most of the 2014 video is about educating potential clients on ‘what is CrossFit?’ - told through an interview-based story. And let’s not mention the length.

In 2021 we felt that Crossfit is well known - so what we wanted to focus on was defining how CFQ is different to other gyms - why should someone choose them, over another gym. Social media also plays a large role in present-day marketing, so the length of all the videos is far shorter, making them better for social media advertising.

We also created two specific class videos - these have a different tone and pace compared to the welcome video, and that is deliberate. We want these videos to be used for marketing the classes. They need to draw attention and then shift people into finding out more on CFQ’s website.

Let's Wrap This Up…

This project really helps showcase how video can help local businesses market themselves. The videos shown here were provided in a range of formats allowing CFQ to use them across their website and social media, ultimately helping to bring in more new clients.

Our Business Introduction Packages are a good place to start to read more on what we do and get an indication on pricing - and you can go custom just like CFQ did to meet their needs. And please feel free to get in contact to have a chat about how video could be helping your business
