Crosslinks - Fast Tracking a Skilled Worker

Crosslinks is a not-for-profit organisaiton based in Midland who support people with disabilities with at-home and community support.

Crosslinks needed help to better communicate about their industry education program during grant applications - so they asked us to get involved.

They wanted to stand out from the crowd in their presentation and style; staying away from a more corporate-style approach.

We developed an ad-based script that would help explain the program, its development and benefits. And the filmed and edited their video.

Let’s check out what we created.

This type of production is something that you would typically see from a marketing agency - and showcases our ability to develop a project like this.

We worked with the client to develop the script and shotplan. It was key that we developed an achievable plan - taking into consideration that we would be working with people with disabilities.

Filming took place over the course of one day, out on location with a number of staff and their customers, as well as back at Crosslink’s HQ.

In post-production we edited together their video, combining the footage we had shot with motion graphics to help reinforce key points and with a professional voiceover to help raise the production level.

Let’s wrap this up….

This project showcases our ability to deliver agency-quality and style work. And for the client, they’re able to communicate and work directly with the creative company - help the project to run more efficiently.

In a grant process, many companies will be fighting to get eyes and attention on their application to secure funding. We believe that the video we’ve created stands out from the more typical corporate-style work that you would expect to see …. and it’s already catching eyes for Crosslinks.

The video is also able to be used away from the grant process - to better help explain the program to those who wish to be involved. And this multi-use approach means that Crosslinks is getting better value for money on their spend.
