Solutions IT - WA Education Summit 2023
Solutions IT got in touch when they wanted to create a corporate event highlight video of their annual eduation summit held at Optus Stadium.
Over the course of 1-day we shot footage that could be edited to help showcase the day. This footage is likely to be used in promotion of the 2024 event.
Lets take a look at the video we created.
Unlike many corporate event highlight videos we didn’t just create a series of slow-motion montage shots of the day - we wanted to create a story for the viewer.
By capturing audio recordings of speakers from the two-day event, in the edit we were able to craft a story that really helps take this video to the next level. This definitely takes more time, but we think it’s worth it in the long run.
We also captured a series of images to help with marketing next year’s event.
Capturing media at corporate events like these - be it video or photo - is a great investment.
Not only do you end up with a summary video for those who attended (or those who missed out) to watch, but most importantly;- you have footage that allows a lot of marketing options for the following year’s event. And that’s really powerful.
