Vekta Automation - Worldwide Truss and Frame Case Study
Vekta Automation approached us to create a corporate case study video featuring one of their long-term clients, Worldwide Truss & Frames.
The goal was simple: create a corporate case study video that clearly showed how Vekta’s automation solutions work in a real manufacturing environment, and how they support their clients before, during and beyond installation.
Our Approach
The project was filmed over a single day at Worldwide Truss & Frames’ Mundijong facility. We spent most of the day capturing overlay footage of the factory in operation, working closely with Vekta’s Marketing Manager to understand which parts of the process were important to show.
Because manufacturing lines don’t always run the same product continuously, timing was critical. Some moments only happen once, so being in the right place at the right time was essential.
Once the factory shut down for the day, we filmed two interviews:
Clinton, Owner of Worldwide Truss & Frames, speaking about their company’s experience and customer journey with Vekta Automation
Ed Serrano, Managing Director of Vekta Automation, explaining Vekta’s role and approach to supporting their clients
Filming interviews after shutdown allowed us to control noise, lighting and setup without disrupting operations.
Shaping a Case Study Story
Case study videos are different to scripted corporate videos. While the interview questions are planned, the story is shaped in the edit.
The focus during post-production was on identifying the key messages, refining responses for clarity and length, and building a narrative that felt genuine and practical — not promotional.
What We Delivered
For this project, we delivered:
2x 1:30–2:30 minute main case study videos, formatted in 16:9 for website and EDM use
7x 15-20 second short micro-content videos - short clips of key respnses during the interviews, delivered in 9x16 vertical format with captions for social media
This gave Vekta flexibility to use the content across multiple platforms while keeping their messaging consistent.
Let’s Wrap This Up!
We’ve worked with Vekta Automation multiple times (in fact 11 projects over the past six years!), and projects like this highlight the value of capturing real environments, real people, and real outcomes.
