Ledge Home Loans - Social Media Content
For many service-based businesses, social media isn’t about chasing trends — it’s about showing up consistently, clearly, and in a way that reflects who they are.
That was exactly the challenge Ledge Home Loans came to us with.
They had already tried creating content in-house, but keeping up with the volume, maintaining quality, and coming up with ideas that aligned with their brand had become difficult.
This project was about solving that problem properly.
Our Approach
The goal was to help Ledge Home Loans post more regularly on social media without sacrificing professionalism or authenticity.
We filmed across one half-day in Subiaco, focusing on efficiency and variety. Rather than locking into a single setup, we moved through different areas of their office to create visual variation while still maintaining a cohesive, on-brand look across the content.
During filming, a large part of our role was coaching, support and guidance. We worked closely with the team to refine messaging, build confidence on camera, and help each video feel natural rather than rehearsed. The aim wasn’t perfection — it was clarity and approachability.
Creative & Content Strategy
In pre-production, we worked with the client to design a content framework that would give them range and longevity. Instead of recording 14 versions of the same concept, we planned five distinct content styles, each serving a different purpose within their social strategy:
Educational / Tips Videos; Covering advice, myths, explainers, and first-home buyer tips.
Process Videos; Explaining how Ledge Home Loans works and what clients can expect when engaging with them.
Client Wins & Social Proof; Sharing success stories and outcomes to build trust and credibility.
Behind-the-Scenes & Personal Content; Introducing team members, office culture, and the people behind the brand.
Community & Brand Values; Highlighting their mission, local involvement, and what they stand for as a business.
Then we came up with a series of ideas that fell into one or more of these content ‘buckets’.
For each video, we planned:
A short hook or intro - that would be refined on the day of filming
Key bullet points for the main message that we wanted to communicate, and
A simple closing CTA
Using bullet points instead of full scripts allowed the team to speak naturally, keeping the delivery conversational and relatable while still staying on message.
What We Delivered
At the end of the project, we delivered:
14 short-form social videos
Lengths ranging from 20 seconds to 1 minute 33 seconds, depending on topic
Delivered in 9×16 vertical format
All videos captioned and optimised for social media
The result was a ready-to-use content library that Ledge Home Loans could roll out consistently across their social platforms without needing to start from scratch each week.
Why This Project Worked
This project worked because it balanced planning with flexibility.
There was enough structure to ensure the content served a purpose, but enough room on the day to refine ideas, adjust messaging, and let personality come through. The videos feel professional, but not overly polished — which was exactly what the client wanted.
Instead of chasing viral moments, Ledge Home Loans now has content that supports long-term brand building and consistent visibility.
Let’s Wrap This Up!
Social media becomes much easier when you’re not constantly scrambling for ideas or trying to film on the fly.
This project gave Ledge Home Loans a clear content framework and a bank of videos that they can use across their social media platforms to engage potential clients with, and build their bramd.
If your business wants to show up more consistently on social media — without losing quality or burning time — let’s talk about building a content system that actually works.
