Identity Marketing & Danielle Mariu - Real Estate Market Update Video

For regular followers of our work you may have noticed that we’ve worked with Identity Marketing and their client, Danielle Mariu, a realtor from Port Hedland, for about the last 2 and a half years.

We’ve shot in studios to help create a series of FAQ and information videos as well as a series of candid interviews and social media content, and we regularly edit remotely - creating Danielle’s monthly market updates which she self-shoots in Port Hedland and we edit here in Perth for her.

But last week Danielle was down in Perth, so we met up with her to shoot her latest market update video in the stunning Elizabeth Quay in Perth’s CBD.

Update videos like these are a great way to stay in touch with your existing and potential clients - it’s why we do ours ;)

Each month Danielle provides a raw and candid update on her market which really resonates with her viewers. She customises the information on both the business, her team, the industry and Port Hedland from a property perspective and from it provides a much needed video update.

In fact, many of those who watch the videos rely on the information provided because they don’t reside in Port Hedland. They use Danielle’s information as a summary to how the market is acting and what decisions they need to make.

Danielle’s videos are so packed with information that each month she retains an impressive 95% of her viewers throughout the entire video. And in a world of short attention and easy to scroll past information - trust us, that’s really impressive.

From our side, this video was shot on Friday afternoon in Elizabeth Quay, and by lunchtime Wednesday this video was out and doing it’s work on email and social media. Timeliness for Danielle is important - it’s come to a point that people expect to receive her monthly update email at the start of the month.

Danielle has worked hard over the last two years to build herself as an industry leader and video marketing content has played a vital role in this. She is the go-to person not only for real estate in Port Hedland, but also for information on the industry.

Let’s Wrap This Up

Video content marketing takes time to build, it’s an investment that pays off in the long term. It get’s people to understand who you are. It builds trust. But despite the time involved it builds a better client relationship for the long term.
