The Western Suburbs - Live at The Astor
Local band The Western Suburbs invited us along to check out their gig at the Astor in Mount Lawley. Not to turn down a new experience, we headed over to see this local band who describe their music style as "dark rock folk".
We recorded the full 8-song, 45-minute long live set for them, and whilst that sits in the editing suit, these are some clips from their performance.
Like many of our videos this pushed us into new territory, this time live music; there is no going back here; its a one take only. The band didn't disappoint and hopefully neither does our video. Shot Thursday evening and readied for release Friday afternoon; we work efficiently.
