Bring Sally Up Part Deux!
You may remember a few weeks ago we filmed part one (you can also find it here if you missed it).
The concept is simple, go up when the song says up, go down when the song says down. Since we filmed the first video its taken a life of it's own; squats, pistols handstand pushups. You name it, its been done..... or had it?
We challenged one of our local crossfit athletes to complete the task using one of crossfit's most taxing movements; the muscle up. And if that wasn't enough, well they did it in front of a packed house who had come down to support Southern Crossfit's efforts for Movember.
