Sarros Electrical - Video Marketing Content

Sarros Electrical are a family-owned and operated electrician business based out of Canning Vale.

When Sarros’ website designer, Trent from WeWeb recognised that Sarros’ website needed a refresh to include a new website banner, images and other video content, he got in touch on Sarro's’ behalf.

From there we worked collaboratively to plan, shoot and create a series of video content.

In total we created 6 videos for Sarros Electrical to use as part of their website update and marketing plan; - an introduction video for their website, a short-form ad to help market them on social media, a series of 3 micro-content videos to help provide social media content and the looping website banner video.

Lets take a look at what we created, first up our Website Introduction Video.

Website Introduction Video

As the name indicates this video is intended to sit pride of place on Sarros’ website home page. When potential clients come to check out more information on Sarros, this is the first thing they’ll click on. It’s of a longer length but not drawn out;- we all know what electricians do, but we’ve scripted to really get to the heart of why they’re different and why their customers should choose them over their competition.

30-Second Ad

This 30-second ad is designed to advertise Sarros quickly and effienctly. As you can expect, the ad is more direct and of a TVC style, and is expected to be used on social media and as a ‘push’ marketing message. long with this 16x9 format video, we also created a 4x5 version. 4x5 is a short vertical format that’s great for mobiles scrolling social media, and we provided all videos with and without captions - so no matter where it’s being used, theres a format that works for them.

Social Media Micro-Content

Along with the main video and ad we also created a series of 3 micro-content videos.

These videos are short and sharp - they’re designed to act as content for social media. Again, we delivered these not just in the 16x9 format that’s shown here, but also a 4x5 format - a vertical format that’s great for mobiles scrolling social media.

And all the videos created have been provided with and without captions. So no matter what and where the videos get used, there’s a version that’s right for that use.

Website Looping Banner Video

This banner video is designed to sit at the top of Sarros Electrical’s website, helping to communicate who Sarro's’ are and what they do. It’s a visual-only piece, and designed to engage with visitors to the website. Video banners can communicate so much more than one static image.

But wait there’s more!

We also were asked to grab a couple of still images of the team for the website, so let’s check those out!

And these images are already being put to use

Let’s Wrap This Up!

It’s always great to see a local business taking it’s media seriously, knowing that it will help them communicate better with their potential clients and market their business. In the trade industry, trust is built day in and day out and video can definitely help you build that.

Stepping in front of the camera to talk about your business is never easy but it definitely pays off with customers. They put a face to your company’s brand - helping to build trust and recogniton that you’re local they can get do business with.

As ever, if you’re interested in having a chat about how video could be helping your business - feel free to get in touch.
