Ultimo Constructions - The Dunes, Carine

Ultimo Constructions are a specialist Perth builder - who look to provide unique design and build solutions to their clients. Often this means that they build on difficult blocks, with strange shapes or elevations - something that other builders often can't provide a service for as their homes are from a series of plans.

Long term readers of our blog, may remember our work on their turnkey solution, client testimonial and showroom promotional videos.

This time we were back working with Ultimo to deliver a promotional video for their latest development - a series of units in Carine.

On this project we again continued to work with an external presenter; Paul. Paul's professional delivery gives the video a different perspective to other projects we've delivered;- allowing for the business owners to concentrate on their business rather than worry about how to present on camera.

We also introduced drone visuals to help provide a bigger perspective on the development and help showcase both the layout as well as the externals of the property.

The video was then sprinkled with the use of some photography. Ultimo already had this media - so it was a great way to reuse some of their existing media and get more bang for their buck there.
